Cancellation and Refund Policy

At GNRC LTD, we aim to provide transparent and patient-friendly policies regarding cancellations and refunds related to online payments. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Appointment and Service Cancellations
A. Outpatient Appointments
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances.
- If a doctor is unavailable or the appointment is rescheduled by the hospital, you will be offered an alternate slot or a full refund.
B. Inpatient Services / Surgeries
- Advance payments for inpatient admissions or surgical bookings can be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee subject to evaluation and as decided by management.
- Pre-payments made for surgeries are transferable to a new date if rescheduled in advance.
C. Health Check Packages / Diagnostics
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in no refund unless rescheduled.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, online wallet, etc.).
- Refunds, if approved, will be initiated within 7–10 business days after cancellation.
- Transaction or convenience fees (if any) may be non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Payments
- Emergency services, already rendered consultations, and completed diagnostics are non-refundable.
- Any payment made for services already availed (e.g., partial consultation, used health packages) is not eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact our billing or customer support department with the following:
- Patient Name
- Payment Reference/Transaction ID
- Appointment or Booking Details
- Reason for Cancellation
5. Disputes and Exceptions
- Any disputes regarding charges or refunds should be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Refund exceptions due to medical emergencies or compassionate grounds may be considered at the hospital's discretion.
